1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation via email or WhatsApp is required to finalize any reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
3. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect resort property and other guests. Damages caused to resort property will be charged to the guest's account.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
